“I have thought about the three options and I would choose Option B — studying at the library.

Moreover, the library provides students with all the resources they need — books, computers, and Wi-Fi. This saves a lot of time.
As for Option A — studying at home, I don’t think it’s the best choice because it’s easy to get distracted by family members or my phone.
Similarly, Option C — a café is not ideal for studying because it can be noisy and expensive.
Therefore, I strongly believe that the library is the most suitable place to study for the exam.”

In addition, exercise is good for our mental well-being. It helps me relax and reduce stress after a long day of studying. For instance, I always feel much better and more energetic after a 30-minute run.
Finally, exercising can help us build social connections. Playing team sports or joining a fitness class allows us to meet new people and make friends. Thanks to this, we can improve our teamwork and communication skills at the same time.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that physical exercise is essential not just for our body, but also for our mind and social life.”
