How are you? I hope you are doing well! I am writing to tell you about my sister’s birthday party last weekend.
My sister turned 20 on Saturday, so our family had a small party at home. We put up balloons and my mother cooked her favourite dishes. When my sister came home and saw everyone, she was very surprised and happy!
The moment I enjoyed most was when we all sang “Happy Birthday” together. She looked so happy, and it made all of us feel really good. After that, we talked and looked at old family photos, which was a lot of fun.
I really wish you could have been there! Let me know if you want to meet up soon. I hope to hear from you!

I am writing to complain about the service at your hotel during my stay from 15th to 17th March.
Firstly, the room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom was dirty, and there were no clean towels. I told the front desk about this problem, but it was not fixed until the next morning.
Secondly, the Wi-Fi was very slow during my stay. I was travelling for work, so I could not do my job properly. As a result, I had to go to a café to use the Internet.
I would be grateful if you could look into these problems and give me a partial refund for the trouble.

Nowadays, there is a growing debate about whether university education or work experience is more important for success. This essay will discuss both perspectives.
On the one hand, some people believe that university education is very important. Firstly, it helps people get more job opportunities because many companies want workers with a degree. For example, jobs like doctors, teachers, and engineers all need a university degree. Without it, people cannot even apply for these positions. Secondly, university helps students improve important skills like communication and teamwork. This is because students often have to do group projects and presentations during their studies.
On the other hand, others argue that work experience is more valuable. Firstly, people who start working early can learn real skills that they cannot learn in a classroom. For example, working part-time helps students understand how a business works and how to deal with customers. Secondly, work experience can sometimes lead to a full-time job directly. As a result, they can save time and money compared to studying at university for many years.
In conclusion, both university education and work experience have their own merits. However, I personally believe that going to university first and then getting work experience is the best way because it gives people both knowledge and practical skills.
